Henri Delwaide graduated from the University of Liège and holds a Master Degree (LL.M) from Harvard Law School . He is a member of the Brussels Bar and of the Luxembourg Bar. He worked previously with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development , De Bandt, van Hecke & Lagae (now Linklaters De Bandt ), and Tossens & Prioux .
