Anne-Françoise graduated from the University of Liège, and holds a Master Degree (LL.M) from Harvard Law School. She is a member of the Brussels Bar.

Before joining the firm, she worked with Generale de Banque (now Fortis), Stibbe Simont Monahan & Duhot, and Tossens & Prioux .

Anne-Françoise advises corporate clients on the whole range of company law issues, for both listed and unlisted companies. She frequently advises clients in structuring stock option programs and public offerings of securities.

She is also regularly involved in real estate transactions.

Anne-Françoise steers the litigation practice of the firm, covering a wide variety of cases (post acquisition, banking, or commercial disputes).
